General

Requested from the Office of the Registrar, please make sure when to come to the office to request one.

Print “Student Name Correction” form from AUK website. Fill it and bring it back with a copy of your passport copy.

In order to withdraw from a single course, you need to fill out the “Individual Course Withdrawal Form” from the AUK website, fill it out and get it signed from the scholarship department (It’s for all students).

To withdraw from a semester you need to fill out a “Withdrawal from a semester” form at the AALSS (Academic Advising Learning Support Services) and get it signed by the other departments mentioned to complete the requirements.

You can view your holds under Self-Service account by clicking on Student services- View your holds.

Log in to self-service › click on student services › student records › request printed transcript. You may request your official transcript to be issued to you in a sealed envelope.

Registration

Students need to register classes through their AUK Self-Service account.

The only password that our office resets is the Self- Service password. For that you need to bring your AUK student ID card along.

You need to print your schedule from the Self-Service.

If you want to change your section during the Add/Drop week, then you just need to fill out the “Undergraduate Single Add/Drop” form and hand it to the Registrar staff.

For this you need to get “Request to Remove Academic Enrollment Restriction” form approved by the Instructor (that you attended the classes), Department Chair and the Dean. Once all approvals are given bring the form back to the Office of the Registrar.

The alternate pin is your RAC number that your advisor gives you every semester when you go for advising.

All the deadlines dates are stated under the Detailed Calendar on the AUK website.

Your last registered course can only be dropped by our office. For that, you need to fill out “Undergraduate Single Add/Drop” form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar.

This error message comes up when you have not met the prerequisite requirement for the course you are trying to register. Kindly check the current catalog for the course prerequisites.

Transcripts

You need to request official transcript through your Self-Service account. Unofficial transcripts are to be requested through your Self-Service account.

Grades

Students may request their Major GPA once they graduate from the Office of the Registrar.

In order to get a grade change, you need to appeal first to your course instructor and the Department Chair and get the form “Change of Grade Request” approved back to the Office of the Registrar.

Final grade holds are placed on all students account until the final grades are accessible through self-service.

Graduation

The graduation application is online on Self-Service.

You need to see your advisor for checking your degree audit. If you still have any confusion, kindly take an appointment with the Graduation Coordinators.

The “Academic Clearance” form is on the AUK website under student forms. This form requires you to clear your holds on university from different departments. Once you get the signatures of all the required departments, then you need to bring it back to our office.

Transfer

First you need to see your advisor, then, fill out a “Study Away Request Form” with all the approvals and bring it back to the Office of the Registrar.
