Ahmad A. Rabaa’i is an Assisstant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, at the American University of Kuwait (AUK), Kuwait. Rabaa’i has published over 25 peer-reviewed articles in conferences and journals including Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Intercultural Information Management, International Journal of Information Systems and Management, and leading international and regional conferences such as PACIS and ACIS. Rabaa’i has research interests in service quality and service management, IS success and impact, cultural studies and technology, e-Government, social media and research methods.
