Dr. Mohammed El-Abd is an Associate Professor of Computer Engineering in the ECE Department at the American University of Kuwait (AUK). Dr. El-Abd has over 50 publications on the form of journal articles, book chapters, conference papers, and abstracts. His research interests include meta-heurisitcs, swarm and evolutionary intelligence, cooperative search, continuous and discrete optimization, large-scale optimization, robotics, and engineering education.
