The Campus Services Department is responsible for the operation of the physical campus and the provision of associated services. These include:

• Facility planning and construction
• Facility maintenance and renovations
• Office and classroom furnishing and equipment (non-information technology)
• Maintenance of building systems and services (electrical, water and plumbing, mechanical, etc.)
• Shipping and receiving
• Central storage
• Mail and parcel services

The contract services managed by the Campus Services Department include the following:

• Grounds Maintenance – provides outside workers in support of an attractive campus
• Custodial Services – provides janitorial staff in support of a clean and healthy campus
• Security Services – provides security officers in support of a safe and secure campus
