The Key Resource is the Human Resource
The Human Resources Department provides an integrated set of administrative, professional and clerical human resource services in support of the University. These include:
- Faculty and staff recruitment
- Visa processing
- Employee salary and benefits administration
- Payroll processing
- Employee relations
- Organization development
- Personnel systems and services
Fundamental to the foregoing is the recruitment, training and development, and retention of quality faculty and staff.
The Human Resources Department is supported by SunGard SCT's Banner Human Resource system.
