The Office of the Executive Director of Finance and Administration provides overall leadership and coordination of the University's continuing education programming and business operations. It links the division to the University’s executive management, other University units, and to the University community and public.

A number of the University's administrative services are provided by contract. Those managed by the Office of the Executive Director of Finance and Administration include the following.

• AUK Bookstore – sells textbooks, school and office supplies, and confectionary items on campus
• Business Center – provides printing, copying, and other business services on campus
• Food and Beverage Services – provides food and beverage services on campus
