Learning & Development Trainer/Coach (Part time) CCEDT0328

Description: Reports to the Training Operations Manager.
CCE is looking to work with all passionate and experienced corporate trainers in Kuwait. 

Join us, if you have experience with training for adult education and skilled in facilitating successful training programs in the areas of Project Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Management and Business skills, Finance and Accounting, Teacher Development and Language skills.

We are looking for outgoing and energetic trainers to work with us on project basis, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey expertise in developing training materials and present programs in a stimulating manner using a combination of personality, multimedia and group exercises.

CCE is a leading Training Center at AUK that designs, develops and delivers innovative learning and development programs for professionals and corporations, in an effort to advance Kuwait professional society.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating learning related to an area of expertise.
  • Managing the design and delivery of an agreed "training programs" in the area of the trainer/coach expertise.
  • Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program
  • Directing specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of improvements to the corporate training programs.
  • Working with CCE Operations Manager and Training Programs Development Coordinator in analyzing the performance of training attendees so that additional training can be recommended and developed.

  • Bachelor's and master's degree in related field
  • 5-10 years of professional training experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development and training technologies
  • Additional certification in the field of expertise is required such as certificates to train PMP, PMI-PBA, RMP, ACP, CBAP exam preparation etc.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems
  • Able to represent CCE and AUK in a positive manner at all times
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
