Are you away from your University/Examining Body and need to have your final or midterm exam proctored in Kuwait? Well, AUK can accommodate you. This is what you need to do:

Proctoring Service Request Procedure

1. The Student should contact the Testing Center either by phone on 965-2224-8399, Ext.237 or by email to cce@auk.edu.kw and should provide name and email address of his/her instructor. An email will be sent back to the instructor confirming the request.
    
2. After receiving confirmation from the Testing Center, the instructor will need to fill out the Proctoring Request Form providing the Testing Center with more information regarding the exam, timing, instructions and proctoring requirements, along with the approximate date on which he/she would like the student to take the exam at AUK. Once received and reviewed, an appointment will be made to take the exam.
    
   
3. The instructor will need to send the exam package directly by email to cce@auk.edu.kw or by international courier such as FedEx, TNT, DHL (please do not use regular postal services) to the following address:
   

   American University of Kuwait
   Center for Continuing Education
   Salem Al-Mubarak and Amro Bin Al-'Asse Streets
   Opposite Salmiya Plaza
   Salmiya
   Kuwait

Note: There will be a fee payable by cash or check to the American University of Kuwait which is valid for 3 months only. This includes proctoring charges and express mail cost. The Center for Continuing Education at AUK will make arrangements to have the exam sent back to your University/Examining Body by international courier. All fees must be paid one week before exam date.

On the exam day the student needs to provide his/her Photo Identification Civil ID or Passport or University/Examining Body Card
