Sarah AlShamali

Assistant Professor of Marketing

Dr. Sarah Al-Shamali serves as an assistant professor of marketing at the American University of Kuwait (AUK), which she joined in Fall 2021/2022. She earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from GUST and then went on to pursue her postgraduate studies at the University of East London, UK. Notably, Dr. Sarah has been actively publishing since joining AUK, with a focus on behavior of monetary donors. She is also very passionate about teaching, student engagement and curriculum development which she regularly updates. Dr. Sarah has taught an array of marketing courses, however teaching digital marketing holds a special appeal for her as she believes it will continue to evolve and dominate forthcoming trends in marketing.
