The College of Business and Economics is seeking to fill a position in management at the rank of an assistant professor or higher. Candidates with a Ph.D. in Management from a reputable university with an accredited business program are required to apply. A good teaching record and evidence of research accomplishments including publications in peer-reviewed journals are desirable. Applicants should ideally have relevant experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses within the context of a liberal arts education. The positions require energetic and enthusiastic individuals who will assist the College in achieving its mission and vision by engaging students in holistic development. Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate simulation usage and a history of high quality teaching outcomes with regard to course delivery, student learning, grading discipline, and student perception and engagement. The successful candidate will teach a range of undergraduate courses that include: business capstone, change management, principles of management, organizational behavior, and production and operations management. Faculty responsibilities include: teaching, research, student advising, service to the Department, College, University, and honoring office hours.
