Educational Leadership Program will help participants in developing pedagogy and contributing to curriculum development, providing mentoring, supervision, professional support, counseling, and guidance for teachers and in contributing to the leadership of school development planning and identifying priorities. 
 
Every participant undergoes a pre-course assessment to analyze his/her teaching competence level.
  
Participants will receive a professional certificate upon successful completion of this program from the Center for Continuing Education at American University of Kuwait.

The Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership is for candidates with leadership roles in schools, or who are leaders in other parts of the educational system with direct responsibilities for teachers or leaders, and for aspiring leaders in schools.
To take part in the certificate or diploma program candidates are required to have sufficient competence in English.

The program is designed for experienced teachers and administrators who are taking a further step on the ladder of their career. It is designed for those who want to develop skills, knowledge and confidence required to be highly qualified leaders in schools.
