LIBRARY
Registrar
The Registrar's Office provides different services to undergraduate students, faculty, and staff. The office staff assist student registration, maintain student records, manage and update curriculum and catalog, develop the academic calendar, maintain and update AUK’s course inventory, create course schedules, manage grade reporting, verify enrollment, process transfer credits, audit degree progress, process transcripts, certify graduation, and implement policies and procedures
Writing & Tutoring Center
The Writing and Tutoring Center (WTC) focuses on empowering students to become independent and successful learners by developing their literacy skills, enhancing their understanding, and helping them improve their academic and study skills.
Students can schedule appointments through the TutorTrac online appointment system, or they can drop in for assistance.
Academic Advising
Academic advising assists students in selecting courses, enhancing academic performance, setting academic goals and planning for timely graduation. Academic advising also helps students understand and interpret academic policies and guidelines. Each semester, students are required to meet with their academic advisors to discuss course selection and to receive a RAC (Registration Access Control) number. Students are then responsible for registering for courses online.
Counseling Center
The Counseling Center at AUK is dedicated to fostering student wellness, resilience, and personal growth. We offer a comprehensive range of services—including personal counseling, disability accommodations, and creative therapies—to support students in navigating academic, emotional, and social challenges. Our mission is to empower students to thrive during their university experience and beyond.
Career Development
The Office of Alumni Affairs and Career Development provide solution-focused support for current students and alumni. All AUK students/alumni are eligible for free career guidance. If students/alumni need assistance, they can request a meeting with the career coordinators. The following services are available:
