Potential Graduates - Fall 2025

Please be informed that all Fall 2025 potential graduates need to submit the below requested documents (hard copy) at the Office of the Registrar no later than Thursday 27th of November, 2025.

Any delay in submitting the requested documents will lead to a delay in processing your graduation documents.

Kuwaiti Graduates:

Valid copy of civil ID.
Valid copy of the passport.
To whom it may concern from “Ministry of Social Affairs” (شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل – من إدارة الرعاية الأسرية) (see note no. 3)
To whom it may concern from “The Public Institution for Social Security” (شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر من المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية) (see note no. 3)
Continuing Marriage Certificate for married students (استمرارية زواج اذا كان الطالب/الطالبة متزوج/متزوجة)

Important note:

If the student is registered in the Ministry of Social Affairs, make sure that the start date of the allowance is mentioned on the letter.

إذا كان الطالب مسجل بوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل يجب وضع تاريخ بداية صرف المساعدة من الشؤون في الشهادة

Children of Kuwaiti mothers:

Valid copy of civil ID.
Valid copy of the passport.
To whom it may concern from “Ministry of Social Affairs” (شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل– من إدارة الرعاية الأسرية) (see note no. 3)
To whom it may concern from “The Public Authority of Manpower” (شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر من هيئة القوى العاملة) (see note no. 3)
Copy of mother’s nationality certificate ( صورة من جنسية الام)
Copy of mother’s civil ID.
Copy of student’s birth certificate.

Important note:

Non-Kuwaiti Graduates:

Valid copy of Civil ID.
Valid copy of the Passport.

Notes:

All Potential Graduates MUST submit to whom it may concern letter from (Ministry of social affairs and Ministry of social security OR Manpower) regardless of whether you are registered in the ministry or not and if you are a working student or not.
All Potential Graduates MUST submit new dated letters even if you have submitted them before (the old letters are not accepted).
The Ministries letter MUST be requested and downloaded from “SAHEL Application” via your mobile phone
These letters are requested by PUC “Private Universities Council” in order to process your graduation documents.
