Dr. Salime Smadi brings over 25 years of dedicated expertise to the field of Organizational Behavior. As a seasoned professor, her passion for teaching extends across both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, encompassing management, entrepreneurship and HR-related subjects. She has published in prestigious international peer-reviewed journals and is also a certified Trainer of Trainers. Dr. Smadi's career has taken her to various countries, where she has served in both teaching and administrative roles and as an Erasmus Exchange Scholar. This has allowed her to integrate a global, diverse, and inclusive perspective into her pedagogical approach. Dr. Smadi's research interests reflect her multifaceted expertise. Currently she is focused on the narratives of female and minority entrepreneurs in the Middle East.
