Amal Al-Ateyah
Lab Instructor
Amal received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston in 2013 with Magna Cum Laude. Soon after, she completed her master’s degree in computer engineering with VLSI as the area of focus at George Washington University in 2015. During her university life, Amal has worked on multiple class projects as most of her classes were project-based. She has also arranged study groups and assisted her peers with their lab work. Amal joined AUK in 2018 to pursue her passion for helping students academically and contributing to the computer engineering field. Since then, she has participated in teaching and enhancing multiple labs including the digital logic lab, the electronics lab, and the signals and systems lab, among others. Amal’s favorite part about teaching is interacting with passionate students in the field and being a source of inspiration to them.
