Faisal Abdulaziz A Alreshaid

Dr. Faisal Alreshaid is an assistant professor of management at the American University of Kuwait (AUK). He has also held the position of assistant dean at his former university and has served as a senior advisor to multiple blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. He earned his PhD in management from the Henley Business School, University of Reading. His research interests are in the areas of international corporate governance, CEO-chair duality, top leadership roles and relationships, international expansion, implications of cryptocurrencies for global outreach from emerging markets, corporate governance of blockchain protocols, and Artificial Intelligence. His work has been presented in prestigious conferences such as the Academy of Management Conference, where his paper was nominated as a best paper in international corporate governance finalist, and the Strategic Management Society Conference.
