AUK Media & Communications Department Hosts Media Exhibition

AUK Department of Communication and Media at the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) hosted the Annual Media Exhibition. Held at the campus auditorium, the exhibition was organized by associate professor of communication and media, Dr. Mohammed Akbar.

The exhibition highlighted speakers from diverse communication fields, providing attendees with a comprehensive and well-rounded understanding of the industry.

The first speaker, Fay Al-Humoud, senior coordinator at the Office of Student Life, presented a series of captivating images showcasing her role as a costume supervisor in the films "No Music in Ahmadi" and "How I Got There."

Students enrolled in the Documentary Production and Film Production II classes also took the spotlight, exhibiting their creative projects. Students who presented included Khaled Almadani and Albatool Abdulhusain.

Exhibitions as such play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and enriching learning environment. These events serve as platforms that transcend traditional classroom settings, offering students and attendees an immersive experience in the real-world applications of communication and media disciplines.
