AUK Pioneers as First Private University in Kuwait to Utilize PURE

AUK proudly stands as the first private university in Kuwait to utilize PURE, a cutting-edge research management system poised to revolutionize the landscape of academic research, reaffirming its commitment to fostering excellence in scholarly endeavors.  
 
The Office of Research and Grants (ORG) hosted an event to introduce PURE, garnering an attendance of esteemed faculty members. PURE represents a transformative step forward in research management and scholarly collaboration. Designed to streamline research activities, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, manage publications and grants, and provide comprehensive data analytics, PURE reshapes how research is conducted and managed within the academic community. It sets a new standard for research management systems with its advanced capabilities and features.  
 
Dr. Iyad Abu Doush, ORG director, expressed his enthusiasm for PURE during the event, stating, "Implementing a research management system like Elsevier Pure will yield significant benefits for AUK. The system will provide a centralized platform for all research data. It will automatically update faculty publications using online portals, streamlining the process, and ensuring up-to-date records."
