Writing Center's Aljuhail Attends the 2011 CCCC

AUK's Senior Staff Consultant at the Writing Center Hanouf Aljuhail, attended the Collaborative @ the Conference on College Composition and Communication - CCCC , in Atlanta , GA. Aljuhail facilitated a session titled "Writing Center Practice: Common Concepts in an International Context". Aljuhail discussed the nature of AUK's Writing Center practice revealing its applied experimental methods that has involved the establishing of new communication lines with other academic and non-academic entities within the institution. From an international perspective, Aljuhail demonstrated how there are fundamental and universal common grounds shared between writing centers. An open discussion then was initiated where diverse experiences were shared between various institutions.
