With a Ph.D. in business and management from the esteemed University of Salford in Manchester, he has dedicated his career to understanding the intricacies of international marketing and consumer behavior, with a keen focus on the aviation sector. 

His academic journey has been marked by a commitment to advancing knowledge in the fields of international marketing and consumer behavior. His doctoral research delved into the multifaceted world of customer experience within the airline industry. Through rigorous study and analysis, he has gained insights into the preferences, expectations, and behaviors of airline passengers, contributing valuable findings to this ever-evolving sector.

As a seasoned strategist, he has worked in Kuwait Airways’ marketing department to implement innovative customer experience strategies. By integrating his academic research into practical solutions, there are numerous opportunities to transform passenger interactions, optimize service quality, and drive customer loyalty. 

He is currently in the process of publishing two impactful research papers that will contribute to the body of knowledge in the fields of international marketing and consumer behavior. In addition, he has presented his insights in three international conferences held in the UK, further emphasizing his commitment to sharing knowledge and driving innovation.
