Rawa Alwadani

Dr. Rawa Alwadani is an Assistant Professor of Management and Human Resources at the American University of Kuwait. Her published work spans corporate strategy, supply chain management, and family business dynamics, including contributions on sustainable family businesses, stakeholder involvement, and platform economy frameworks. Her broader research explores dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and digital transformation in the public and educational sectors, with a particular focus on digital intrapreneurship and ethical climates.
